Union Colony Exchange Club donated to Life Stories

The Union Colony Exchange Club of Greeley donated $1,250 to Life Stories in Greeley. Formerly known as A Kid’s Place, Life Stories serves abused and neglected children in the court systems.

The donation will help fund services to the Child Advocacy Center and Court Appointed Special Advocates programs. The Child Advocacy Center provides child-focused forensic interview to help with child abuse investigation and follow-up support for the families. The Court Appointed Special Advocates program trains and supports volunteers to advocate for abused and neglected children in the court systems. The program minimizes the number of placement changes to help children go on to a more positive future. Source.
